It is essential that you are placed on the right course. We have a team of highly trained staff that ensure your choice is correct for your chosen pathway.

All students are closely monitored to help achieve their true potential. There are four progress reviews a year with reports sent home and regular parents’ evenings.

The broad curriculum allows you to choose the right course.

Each student is given a personalised programme and personal tutor who they meet weekly. The tutorial programme is at the heart of IC6 as we advise you on your university and career options.

We also use a variety of teaching approaches to match individual learning styles and smaller class sizes allow us to meet each student’s individual needs.

Students are encouraged to become independent workers and thinkers to enable them to take the next step in their advancement.

Students make full use of the excellent facilities, including the fully networked ICT systems at each site which are available before and after school.

Learning is also supported through EMAs and outside agencies.
